Oh Covid-19,you came right out of nowhere
So small,yet deadly ,Mankind was unprepare
Some think its a biowarfare
But it takes no prisoner, no winner, mankind loser
Fatal across all ages races ,gender and kind

Doctors,nurses,and all near,the air one's breath.
The virus spread ,till it overwhelm the beds available.
It happens quickly, all standard sop. Nothing can stop, too massive to contain.
While those in the know,quickly surmise
Something deadly,something going on
Something new,that's contagious and beyond.
Thru the media ,thru many apps,and sadly,censorship appears.
The first warning of the virus,quickly dissappear,
The world none the wiser
Thus the words got out a bit late
A headstart that may yet save ,the fate
Many will be sicken, many will pass.
And hopefully a vaccine in time.
But for now ,it get too big to hide
Too many sickens,too far and wide
Till it get the eyes of the storm
Like a bad movie,third rate show
Bodies were left as they fell,in the street,in their spasm.
Nobody dares to help cpr,taking a wide berth in the street.
There the authorities get to act,too many,it cannot be fake
The higher up then act
Its getting too big to keep inside the bag
The patients overhelm,overflow
It is real,too many death in a row
It was panic,total mayhelm
And then,not a time to blame or shame
A lockdown of the whole city was decide
And instant hospital to quarantine,those who may make it.
The facilities were unable to provide for all EMO
While in here,an omen came
On a busy street in Shenton Way
A Griffon Vulture came down from the sky
To the financier, its boggles the mind
But to soothsayer the signs were there
The grum reaper is in the air
Ever since it last appear in 1941,when we were occupied
Left to fend,on our own device

And since then,we have came a long way.To beat the scourge ,the pandamic,certain acts proven true.

Keep a distance sway from another.
It prevents the droplets from spreading.
And mostly stayed home,to work online.
The morbidity rate says it all.
The superspreader can infects quickly.
And do our part to our family
Protect ourself,then we protect them.
It will come to a pass,the battle rages on.
